nella pancetta, infilzarle con uno spiedino di legno e lasciarle sfrigolare qualche minuto sul fuoco.<\/li>\n<li>Preparare gli spiedini con carne, pesce o verdure. Il pesce deve avere una consistenza soda (per es. rana pescatrice). \u00c8 possibile avvolgerlo con pancetta e verdure tagliate a striscioline.<\/li>\n<li>Avvolgere le barbabietole nella carta alluminio e cuocerle nelle braci. Quindi pelarle e servirle tagliate a fette con vinaigrette o salsa al rafano.<\/li>\n<li>Lessare delle patate piccole, avvolgerle nella pancetta e cuocerle sul fuoco in una terrina.<\/li>\n<li>Avvolgere le melanzane in cinque strati di carta alluminio. Quando la consistenza \u00e8 cedevole al tocco, sono cotte e sufficientemente morbide. Inciderle con un coltello, raschiare via la polpa e condirla. Servire a piacere su pane tostato.<\/li>\n<li>Champignon: rimuovere il gambo, farcirli con erbe aromatiche finemente tritate e pane grattugiato e cuocerli sulla griglia.<\/li>\n<li>Disporre le banane sulla griglia e cuocerle finch\u00e9 diventano scure, quindi inciderle in modo da poterle disporre sulla griglia come delle barchette. Irrorarle di Grand Marnier e dare fuoco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Ricetta<\/strong> dello<strong> spiedino alle verdure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Marinata<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 cucchiai di olio d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>4 cucchiai di miele liquido<\/li>\n<li>1 spicchio d\u2019aglio, schiacciato<\/li>\n<li>10 foglie di salvia, tritate grossolanamente<\/li>\n<li>Sale e pepe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparazione:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti della marinata.<\/li>\n<li>Tagliare 2 zucchini di dimensioni medie in 2-3 fette spesse e immergerle per una notte nella marinata.<\/li>\n<li>Tagliare in quattro 2 peperoni rossi e grigliarli in forno, quindi rimuovere la pelle.<\/li>\n<li>Togliere gli zucchini dalla marinata, disporli al centro dei peperoni e coprirli con fettine di formaggio da raclette.<\/li>\n<li>Arrotolare il tutto, fermare la chiusura con uno spiedino e adagiare sulla griglia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sia nella calura estiva sia nelle gelide giornate invernali esistono alternative alla solita salsiccia.
